Martin Design & Drafting Studios has been active to provide services since April, 2005.

 Dennis Martin is the Sole Proprietor of Martin Design & Drafting Studios. He has been involved in building science including construction and design since 1988. His involvement with different contractors and other professionals’ firms, enhance his knowledge of the building industry and the capacity to provide the best services. Dennis has achieved diplomas in Architectural Technology as well as Construction Engineering Technician through two well-respected Ontario Technology Colleges. He is a certified member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (O.A.C.E.T.T.). Certification is restricted to members who successfully pass thorough screening and the Professional Practice Examination. Their Code of Ethics is the essential foundation of the association. Dennis has proven to apply this. Dennis currently attains the professional designation as Applied Science Technologist (A.Sc.T.). He is always seeking further knowledge and updates on current building practices through upgrade courses and association involvement.
